George Lambros III
Managing Principal

George Lambros III is a 25 year commercial real estate veteran, with substantial Institutional and Lender services experience. He entered the industry with Coldwell Banker Commercial which evolved into CBRE during his tenure. He has worked in the firm's Stamford CT, White Plains, NY and New York City offices and led the opening and development of the company's Hartford, CT office. He additionally served as the Tri-State Region's Vice President of Marketing, Acquisitions and Development for Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, the Boston-based development and investment firm; Trammel Crow/Fallon Hines & O'Connor as Senior Vice President of Investment Services, and Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets Group, Investment Sales, as Senior Director. Lenders, Corporate and Institutional Clients Served include Barclay's Bank, Bank of Boston/Bank of America, Fleet Bank/Bank of America Resolution Trust Corporation – RTC, Peoples Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Republic Federal Bank, Aurora/Lehman Bank George earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Long Island University, C.W. Post College, has taken many courses in leasing, sales and finance, including CCIM courses. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and Certified Commercial Investment Management (CCIM). Responsibilities at LREI focus on fulfilling our Client’s Objectives through the development and execution of highly effective Note Sales programs.

Leslie A Lambros
Principal, Research, Business Development, Client Relations

Leslie has 15 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Her focus has been in research, business development, client relations and providing project marketing services for properties for sale and lease in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut Metro and Florida markets. Marketing services include the sale and lease of office and industrial properties, the sale of retail, multi-housing and hotel properties, the sale of improved and unimproved commercial and residential land, and the development of industrial and office properties. Clients served include individuals, corporations, institutions and national and international investors. Leslie was instrumental in the successful opening of the CBRE Hartford, CT office. Leslie’s marketing capabilities are enhanced by her studies at the School of Visual arts in New York City where she focused on commercial art, design and fine arts. Responsibilities at LREI include overseeing research, business development and client relations.

George Kramer Lambros IV
Principal, Broker Relations & Sales

George’s experience in real estate stems from his assistance in supporting the marketing and sales of properties for both George and Leslie. George’s background also includes an extensive history with Porsche which began a decade ago in Connecticut with a private Porsche racing veteran. This led to developing relationships with a wide array of accomplished private clientele who share his love for Porsche. He has since worked with Porsche racing teams such as Farnbacher Loles Racing, Orbit Racing, Klub Sport (vintage race cars) and Vici Racing where he ran the 2008 ALMS season. George is a graduate of UTI and the prestigious Porsche PTAP. George continues his passion for Porsche. George’s responsibilities at LREI include overseeing relationships with real estate brokers assigned to specific assets, with a focus on performance, quality control and the resulting successful support of value in the sale of Notes.

Rhiana Hritz
Principal, Marketing & Art Director

Rhiana’s tenure in the graphic design and marketing industries spans over 13 years. Firms served include Advertising Agencies and Conair Corporation where in 2008, she played an integral role in the design and launch of the company’s most successful product line, Infiniti by Conair. Rhiana’s experience has brought her to Florida, designing events and marketing materials for the Professional Golfers’ Assocation (PGA) of America and building and branding numerous South Florida companies. With a specialty in Brand Identity, Rhiana continues to grow Lambros Real Estate Investments with outstanding graphic design and creative marketing strategies. Rhiana holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Connecticut and has continued her studies at AGC New York and Yale. She has been a member of the Connecticut Art Directors Club (CADC) and the American Institute of Graphic Artists (AIGA) in New York and Miami.
